Falling off the wagon

I swear every time I start eating clean and working out i go strong for there first two weeks or so and then the cravings start to take over! If you succumb to the chocolate pizza potato chip monster don't get down on yourself! It's so fucking easy to fall into the cycle of eating shitty delicious food and then feeling to fat and lazy to work out so you just lay around and eat some more shitty delicious food until you have gained all your hard earned weightloss back. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU.
Here are a few ways I make sure I can get right back on track if I break down and devour an entire jar of nutella:
1. Keep your kitchen stocked with your favorite healthy foods! If you're out of groceries and starving it's so easy to call the delivery man for some greasy goodness.
2. Pre make healthy snacks to have on deck for when those after dinner cravings creep up- I am trying a new Peach Sorbet tonight which I will post soon!
3. Listen to your stomach, not your taste buds. If I really take a minute to think about it - I'm rarely hungry. I just have a craving for a certain flavor! If you feel like you've had your fill, think about it- is it your tounge or your tummy talking?
4. Take an extra moment to think about how you will feel in the morning. There is nothing worse then the morning guilt that comes after Papa Johns caters dinner.
Even if you DO fall off track- I don't care if its for one meal or 1 week of meals- it's never to late to get back on! Just think about how great it feels when you actually eat clean and keep it moving!
